Kris Allen, American Idol winner and "Live Like We're Dying" singer, was in a serious car crash this week and will be having surgery for his injuries.
Allen, who was in the car with his pregnant wife, broke his wrist in the head-on collision. He will be having surgery to repair the break this week and is expected to make a full recovery.

Kris is multi talented and does so many good things to help others. So glad he’s okay. From the photo of the car…it could have been worse.
