Great doctors

I have had both DO and MD doctors. If I didn't see the initials on the coat I would not know there was a difference. The DOs may take a little more time with you and sometimes seem friendlier but I like the MDs very well also.

My surgeon is a DO

I don't see a difference between an DO vs an MD. I had surgeries performed by both DO and MD doctors and they are both good. They both go through the same 4 years of medical school and then training. I have the best care with my current DO surgeon so I don't see a difference. They are both physicians.
